On 14th August 2018, The Leading News Channel Times Now came up with a new opinion poll in regards to upcoming Lok Sabha Elections 2019.  This Survey was published by “Times Now” but originally it was conducted by “War Room Strategies” and  “Utopia Consulting”.  Around 12879 candidates participated in this survey held for 156 Lok sabha Constituencies located in 25 States.   • Other Parties would will remaining 228 Seats

Overall Result is as Follows:

  • BJP: 227 (282 in 2014) 
  • Congress : 78 ( 44 in 2014)
  • Others: 238 ( 217 in 2014) 

Clearly, we can see BJP might get good response but the performance of the Party will go down as compared to 2014 Lok sabha elections. Congress Might Perform better than earlier this time. All Other Parties will also perform good. The “Other” Factor is going to be the Game Changer in Upcoming Lok Sabha Elections in 2019. Conclusion – I think that by including only 13000 people in the Survey, we can’t really tell anything. It’s a very small number. This Survey do share the view point of 13000 people but it isn’t compulsory that those who didn’t participate also share the same point of view.
